    • Warranty terms & procedure

      • On a newly purchased machine you have a 2 year warranty on spare parts (see also TIP for other returngoods)

        • Exceptions on this are: wear parts like mixer seals ect. see also our General terms of delivery

        Claims for technical parts need te be send to support@animo.nl and we always need to know at least:

        1. Serial number of the machine the part came from
        2. Article number of the defective spare-part
        3. The exact problem (or error code) which caused you to renew the part
        4. Photo's & video's (when available) much appreciated

        Only after receiving such info we supply you with an RMA form which you need to include in the returnshipment

      • New software avaiable

        OptiMe Fresh Milk: V1.7.2 release date 27-02-2026

        • Solved problem: milk hose jumps off when the milk system is put into use. This software reduces the pressure in the milk hose so it will not jumps off anymore.

        OptiBean Touch / OptiFresh (Bean) Touch: V1.11.0 release date 15-01-2026

        • This version software now also support the new mainboard AN034 we started using from januari 2026

      • New Main PC board (ANI-MAIN AN034)

        Starting in January 2026, the machines listed below will be equipped with the new electronic board AN034 and is made ready for future 2-way telemetry (gateway) 

        • OptiBean X / OptiMe X / OptiVend Touch
        • A high speed I.o.T. and Gateway data connector is added.

        Machines in stock before production January 2026 are executed with the electronics AN022 and are not 2-way telemetry ready.

      • New microfilter Xpress brewer [1011082]

        From production January 2026 the Xpress brewer are equipped with a reinforced microfilter disc.

        The thickness has been increased from 0,4mm (abt. 2,6 gram) into 0,5mm (abt. 3,9 gram).

        Printed label on the Xpress brewer:

        • 3000 = V3.0 Unfortunately, no revision increase has been implemented.
        • 2540 = Year 25 / Week 40 brewer production or later
        • 5601 = From brewer serial number 5601 the new reinforced microfilter is used. 

      • Fresh brew coffee

        Did you know that every OptiBean X and OptiMe X machine has an optional Fresh Brew recipe that you can program directly on the screen?

        This recipe uses a low-pressure brewing process. For the best results, we recommend using machines with a double grinder.

        The Fresh Brew recipe always uses coffee beans from the second grinder, so the settings of that second grinder apply only to Fresh Brew.

        We advise you to choose which bean blend in your setup is most suitable to achieve the best Fresh Brew quality.

      • Mixer impellors [Art.no. 1003569]

        You may temporarily notice white mixer impellers. This is due to a defect in the plastic injection mold at our Italian supplier. We will revert to black mixer impellers as soon as they are available.

        For several months now, the machine number and the time/date have been set in the machines at the end of the production line.

        If the boiler is still heating during installation, you can already open the menu.

        Every OV Touch, OBX, and OMX has an optional 'almost empty' detection. 

        • Useful when a payment system is connected because if the topping ingredient runs out, all milk recipes will be blocked. 
        • Enable this function in the service menu, but first tell the machine how many grams fit in a full canister and also you need to calibrate the ingredient dosage.
