    • Warranty terms & procedure

      • On a newly purchased machine you have a 2 year warranty on spare parts (see also TIP for other returngoods)

        • Exceptions on this are: wear parts like mixer seals ect. see also our General terms of delivery

        Claims for technical parts need te be send to support@animo.nl and we always need to know at least:

        1. Serial number of the machine the part came from
        2. Article number of the defective spare-part
        3. The exact problem (or error code) which caused you to renew the part
        4. Photo's & video's (when available) much appreciated

        Only after receiving such info we supply you with an RMA form which you need to include in the returnshipment

        Did you know that as a technician you are always able to cancel a stuck flush-, cleaning- or descaling program? 

        • Press the left upper circle for more than 10 seconds. 
        • The program will then be terminated and you can start looking for what's causing this problem.

        Every OV Touch, OBX, and OMX has an optional 'almost empty' detection. 

        • Useful when a payment system is connected because if the topping ingredient runs out, all milk recipes will be blocked. 
        • Enable this function in the service menu, but first tell the machine how many grams fit in a full canister and also you need to calibrate the ingredient dosage.
